

Position Purpose:
The Sourcing Supervisor is responsible to present the career opportunities of AFNI Philippines, ensuring fulfillment of recruitment ramps, sourcing candidates through various hiring channels, can create plans or strategies to ensure hiring channels will meet the goals. Ability to conceptualize events and activities that will spark the interest of job seekers and professionals. A problem-solver, persistent and avid goal setter. A person who can provide valuable experience and knowledge about AFNI Philippines.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement creative and cost-effective sourcing and marketing strategies all across all
channels.
2. Shall oversee recruitment vendor management and support in handling other vendor concerns.
3. Maintain network of contacts by establishing relationship with schools, associations, alumni,
organizations, etc. for sourcing candidates and branding the company.
4. May represent the company on recruitment events.
5. Shall handle cost allocation for all sourcing channels.
6. Monitor sourcing performance regularly.
7. Consistently implement new initiatives to enhance sourcing and marketing activities.
8. Effective collaboration with Recruitment Teams in establishing sourcing strategies to boost
volume and quality of hiring specifically during team meetings and huddles.
9. Manage working relationships with other external providers and recruitment agencies.
10. Monitor and update reports concerning sourcing effectiveness and efficiency.
11. Handle and manage team performance based on unit goals and targets.
12. Lead, train and develop direct reports & implement appropriate performance management
activities.
13. Conduct monthly one on one sessions with direct reports.
14. Ensure that all requested classes will be filled at 100%.
15. Monitor team’s performance and attendance.
Qualifications
• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
• With at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the same position for BPO – Call Center Industry
• Ability to build strategic working relationships, to facilitate agreement with internal and external partners
• Good and strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Highly creative and innovative
• Have good interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills
• Willing to work on shifting hours
• Willing to work in Quezon City
• Can start ASAP
