We are looking for an Alarm Response Centre Operator to join our Customer Monitoring Centre in Manchester, You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, responding to alarm activations, handling enquiries, and delivering a high level of support in a fast‑paced environment.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide system support
• Liaise with Police and Fire services when required
• Book engineer visits and coordinate with customers
