About Your Role
This is a fulltime, 12-month fixed term contract position.
As Pricing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring pricing and promotional data is accurate, compliant, and consistently maintained across all Electrolux systems. Working closely with Category Analysts, Sales, and other key stakeholders, you’ll help enable smooth promotion execution and accurate financial outcomes through strong attention to detail and disciplined process management.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross‑functional teams, and who takes pride in getting the details right.
What You’ll Do
Your everyday work duties can vary considerably, there are some activities that you will usually do, they include:
Supporting Category Analysts to upload approved promotional pricing discounts into the ERP system
Perform compliance checks of actual pricing vs approved pricing
Maintain and own pricing & promotions in the AEG pro-forma portal
Maintain approved pricing register
Maintain approved promotion register
Ensure all discounts are approved & loaded prior to promotion go-live date
Maintain a schedule of approved & upcoming promotions with status update of action items
Maintain company price lists
Process rebate credits and payments
Assist with reconciliation of accrual balances
Assist Sales team and customer on rebate inquiries
Who You Are
As a junior level professional, you will have approximately of 1-2 years working experience in a Finance or Accounting role with an interest in joining a Pricing team.
Microsoft Excel - Intermediate level
Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system preferable
Tertiary Qualifications and/or relevant experience will be considered
You have a positive attitude; you always strive for better in your work
Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, grow, and develop new skills, with an openness to feedback and the ability to apply guidance quickly in day-to-day work.
You start and you finish, taking responsibility for getting things done, on time and to high quality, tying up all the loose ends along the way.
