

We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our three retirement villages across Canberra. In this role, you will inspire a positive workplace culture built on collaboration, respect, accountability, and exceptional service. Leading by example, you’ll build strong relationships with residents, staff, families, and stakeholders while ensuring our villages operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
You’ll oversee operational performance, support and mentor team members, manage budgets, and drive high standards of resident experience and service delivery. Most importantly, you’ll help foster communities where older Australians feel valued, connected, and supported.
You are a confident and compassionate leader with strong operational and people management skills. You thrive in customer-focused environments and are passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating positive experiences for others.
