You’ll coordinate repairs, guide a skilled team of mechanics, and ensure every job meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide mechanical support and guidance to the workshop team
• Coordinate and monitor services and repairs in progress
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and revenue
• Support the team with service, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural machinery
• Diagnose and interpret machine faults
• Review and finalise job cards to ensure accurate documentation

Who We’re Looking For

• Trade Qualified – Heavy Vehicle / Diesel Mechanic
• Capable Leader – Confident in coaching and empowering a team
• Self-Motivated – Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Customer Focused – Excellent communication and commitment to exceeding expectations
• Organised – Outstanding time management and ability to prioritise workloads
