Description
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior User Acquisition Manager to drive the growth of our games combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing high-impact user acquisition campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record of successfully acquiring quality users at scale within budget. It is a cross-functional role, where close collaboration with Creative, Product, Legal, and external partners will be required to ensure all programs are brand-aligned, legally compliant, as well as performance-driven.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute UA strategies across multiple marketing channels to grow our player base profitably.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROI), and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
- Monitor marketing campaigns across paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit), search (Apple Ads), programmatic, affiliates, CTV, and other relevant networks.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to test and scale winning strategies
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Build and manage relationships with agencies, affiliates, and key external industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends & new opportunities and to keep up to date with the games industry, especially the social casino games vertical.
Requirements
- 3- 5 years of hands-on performance marketing or user acquisition experience, in driving high-quality users in the mobile gaming industry is a must.
- Deep understanding of gaming audiences, player behavior, and market trends, especially in the social casino space.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Hands-on understanding of performance marketing platforms and creative performance frameworks.
- A solid understanding of marketing campaign measurement metrics, attribution models, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer and/or other MMPs).
- Experience in social casinos gaming space is an advantage.
