JOB PURPOSE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Responsibilities:
I. Execution Level: Government Subsidy Application
1. Government Resource Coordination: Reasonably allocate resources for subsidy application, subsidy implementation, government-related activities, etc.; establish a budget tracking mechanism; coordinate internal and external resources (such as consulting firms, industry associations, etc.).
II. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
2. Act as the core hub of the government affairs department, linking with the group's marketing, sales, product, finance, legal and other departments to ensure in-depth collaboration between government subsidy application and business links such as marketing activities, product launches, and promotions.
III. Brand Reputation and Social Responsibility: Enhancing Brand Soft Power
1. Government Reputation Management: Establish a government reputation monitoring and response mechanism; amplify and disseminate positive evaluations from government authorities; follow up and resolve negative feedback in a timely manner; improve government satisfaction through high-quality services and interactions.
2. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) System Implementation: Combine brand positioning and industry characteristics to implement CSR strategic plans, covering areas such as charitable donations, environmental protection initiatives, and industry empowerment; plan and promote CSR projects (such as public welfare education assistance, green office, industry public welfare forums, etc.) to enhance the company's social image and credibility.
3. Industry and Social Resource Linkage: Represent the company to participate in public occasions such as industry summits, forums, and public welfare activities; assist management in expressing professional viewpoints to enhance the brand's industry influence and social visibility; establish good cooperative relationships with government departments, industry associations, public welfare organizations, etc., to create a positive external environment for the brand's development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above
- Excellent Official Communication and Social Skills
1. Ability to respond quickly and formulate reasonable solutions in the face of government-enterprise crises or public opinion incidents; possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in writing professional documents such as reports, and assist in negotiations and briefings during government docking.
2. Skilled in establishing and maintaining long-term and stable government-enterprise cooperative relationships with local government departments (Development and Reform Commission, Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Commerce Bureau, etc.), local management committees, industry associations, etc.

- Possess a good overall perspective, political sensitivity, and a sense of social responsibility.
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit; work rigorously, meticulously, proactively, and efficiently.
- Familiar with the operation of government departments (Priority will be given to candidates with experience in government communication and subsidy application in Pudong New Area, Shanghai and Fushan District, Yantai, Shandong).
- At least 5 years of work experience in government subsidy application or related fields, with a proven track record of successfully securing high-value subsidy projects.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in participating in social welfare projects or serving as deputies to the People's Congress.
- Ability to adapt to frequent business trips and official receptions.
