What You’ll Do:
As a key partner to technical teams and marketing leadership, you’ll play a central role in winning new business across Canada:
Lead and support proposal development for RFPs, RFQs, and RFSQs—from kickoff through final submission
Craft compelling content including executive summaries, cover letters, resumes, and project narratives
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive messaging
Manage timelines and keep pursuits on track, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality
Edit and refine documents for clarity, tone, grammar, and brand consistency
Develop marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, and award submissions
Maintain and enhance marketing materials (project sheets, resumes, boilerplate content) in the company database
Research clients and markets to strengthen proposal strategies
Facilitate debriefs to continuously improve win strategies and processes
What You Bring:
3–5 years of experience in proposal development, marketing, or communications
Background in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or professional services is a strong asset
Proven ability to analyze RFPs and craft strategic, high-quality responses
Exceptional organization and time management skills—you can juggle multiple deadlines without missing a beat
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with sharp attention to detail
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, plus proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Experience with InDesign and familiarity with CRM tools or AI applications
Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal)

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $82,400 - $123,600 annually for this position and local market.
