Keshet International a global company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant & Operations Manager.
This is a key role supporting senior management and day-to-day operations in a dynamic, international environment.
What You'll Be Doing?
- Personal assistant to the CEO, including calendar and meeting management
- Coordinating meetings and schedules for senior executives
- Handling travel arrangements: flights, accommodation, transportation
- Managing and maintaining the company’s travel procedures
- Supporting finance and legal processes as needed
- Assisting the sales team, including work with CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Collaborating with other executive assistants across departments
- Providing administrative support to both local and global teams
- Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and clients
- Supporting marketing operations, including events and conferences
Requirements
What We're Looking For?
- Full professional fluency in English – verbal and written
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Priority – an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong problem-solver
