Supplies Account Manager – Medical Devices (Neurology EMG/EEG) • Sydney (Hybrid – 1 day/week in Newington NSW 2127 office) • Territory: Greater Sydney + ANZ (travel required)
About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Supplies Account Manager to drive sales of medical consumables and accessories across our neurology (EMG & EEG) portfolio. Working across public and private hospitals, you’ll take ownership of a high-potential territory and deliver growth through strong account management, clinical engagement, and commercial strategy. This role combines field sales + account management + strategic coordination and suits someone who thrives in a hybrid, autonomous sales environment.
Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow key accounts across hospitals, clinics, and buying groups • Drive sales of consumables & accessories to support installed medical devices • Achieve and exceed sales targets (quarterly & annual) • Conduct customer meetings, product demos, and training sessions • Lead price negotiation, tenders, and contract discussions • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities • Analyse territory performance and prepare sales forecasts & reports • Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and customer support teams • Support internal sales processes including: ◦ Discount approvals ◦ CRM & reporting accuracy ◦ Process improvements
Skills & Experience • 5+ years in medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales • Strong experience selling into hospital or clinical environments • Exposure to neurology, EEG, EMG or diagnostics (highly regarded) • Proven ability in account management and closing sales • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office • Self-driven with ability to work independently in a field-based role • Current driver’s licence & willingness to travel (50%)
