Manager, HR Planning & Performance Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Vice President, People and Culture, the Manager, HR Planning & Performance will be responsible for enhancing processes, communication, and reporting across the HR organization. This role will drive greater visibility on key initiatives, ensuring transparency, accountability and improved performance tracking within the HR team.
Key Accountabilities 1. Develop and implement standardized reporting processes for bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs to ensure timely and consistent delivery. 2. Support and enhance reporting mechanisms for Continuous Improvement (CI) meetings. 3. Design and implement performance measurement tools to track new and evolving KPIs as needed. 4. Drive the collection, documentation, and distribution of HR processes to improve efficiency and accessibility. 5. Develop and automate KPI dashboards on HR metrics and performance reports. 6. Assist in monitoring and reporting on cost-reduction initiatives, ensuring accuracy and progress tracking. 7. Collaborate on compiling data to support business cases for HR process improvements and strategic initiatives. 8. Provide expertise and guidance on data standardization and data cleansing for HR master data to improve accuracy and reporting consistency.
Requirements • University Degree in Business, Finance, HR or related field. • 3-5 years of experience in a analytical role, with a focus on reporting, performance measurement, process improvement etc. • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly and effectively. • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze cost reduction initiatives and assess business impact. • Proficiency in extracting and analyzing reports or data from internal systems such as Dayforce, Kronos and Alchemy (or similar HRIS tools) • Advanced excel skills (pivot, VLOOKUP’s, data visualization) is a must. • Power BI proficiency is a must. • Knowledge of data standardization, cleansing and governance practices is an asset. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Hiring Range: CAD $84,070 - $120,220
Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus up to 10% of base salary subject to the plan terms and conditions.
Please note that the expected hiring range provided is derived from a group of like roles within Sofina. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, skillset of the candidate and internal equity.
