We’re expanding our Local Supported Employment Team and are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us in delivering high-quality, person-centred employment support under the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF).
You’ll work directly with participants to support their journey into employment. Using a strengths-based approach and the 5-stage model, you’ll provide tailored coaching, advocacy and in-work support to help individuals thrive in the workplace.
