As the Senior Contracts Officer, you will work alongside the Public Health Principal Performance & Assurance and commissioner colleagues, to drive forward high quality, evidence led and good practice focused services that achieve beneficial outcomes whilst meeting legislative and statutory requirements. In doing so, you’ll help to ensure provisions that offer value for money for the population of Norfolk.
You will have good knowledge of commissioning as a function, stakeholder engagement as well as material experience of contract management and performance management of services. You will need to evidence your commercial awareness and/or expertise in managing projects.
You’ll be able to evidence your ability to manage relationships and negotiate with current and potential providers to ensure the delivery of agreed outcomes and value for money. You will come to us with excellent communication skills developed through partnership working with a range of stakeholders.
