Your Responsibilities:
The Demand Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the flow of incoming project and business demand related to End user computer & Collaboration services, platforms, and solutions. This role acts as the central coordination point between business units, GT teams, and operations delivery functions, ensuring that all demand is captured, assessed, prioritized, and allocated effectively.
With a focus on enabling frictionless transition of incoming demand into actionable deliverables, the Demand Manager ensures that demand is clearly defined and understood, aligned with delivery capabilities, and ensures delivery feasibility. They work closely with demand stakeholders to understand demand while collaborating with architects, engineers, and operations managers to evaluate feasibility, dependencies, timing, and resource availability. Additionally, the Demand Manager has responsibility for individually, and in partnership with 3rd parties, creating and issuing SOW documents where and when required and for leading the creation of team project business case documentation.
This role maintains a transparent and governed demand pipeline, providing leadership with visibility into demand trends, capacity constraints, and impacts. In addition to managing the EUC & Collaboration demand lifecycle, the Demand Manager drives continuous improvement in demand management processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
As a secondary role, the Demand Manager will also assist in the delivery of BAU services by helping to monitor and drive the resolution of escalated Incidents and Requests.
- Lead the intake, assessment, and prioritization of EUC & Collaboration-related project and business demand.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, project teams, and EUC & Collaboration delivery teams.
- Ensure demand is clearly articulated, feasible, and aligned with operational capabilities.
- Drive completion of incoming project demand to agreed timelines across EUC & Collaboration services
- Develop and issue SOW’s defining scope, cost, quality, timing, requirements and SOW deliverables.
- Maintain and govern the demand pipeline, ensuring transparency and traceability.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and operations managers to assess delivery feasibility and dependencies.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to EUC & Collaboration leadership on demand trends, risks, and capacity constraints.
- Drive continuous improvement in demand management processes, tools, and governance.
- Assist in the day-to-day delivery of services, including devices, print, collaboration platforms, virtual desktops, and endpoint services, ensuring operational excellence in service delivery.
- Deliver high standards of service quality to projects by monitoring demand delivery performance and working with leadership to continuously improve service delivery
- Ensure all targets, thresholds and KPI’s are being met and improved upon.
- Provide a customer-centric approach, ensuring customers receive prompt, effective, and courteous support.
- Carry out continuous personal development, ensuring skills and process knowledge are kept up to date and non-technical skills are gained and improved.

Your Profile:
- 5+ years proven experience in a Demand Management or Technical Project Manager role within an Enterprise GT environment
- Hands-on experience coordinating with architects, engineers, and operations to validate feasibility, scope, and delivery plans.
- Experience creating and publishing leadership reporting on demand trends, risks, capacity constraints, and delivery performance (dashboards/scorecards).
- Strong stakeholder management across business units, PMO, and GT domains.
- Deep understanding of ITIL v4 practices
- Broad, high level technical knowledge of EUC & Collaboration services and platforms

- Patching & Deployment platforms (Intune, SCCM)
- Active Directory, DNS, PKI
- Highly analytical, with the ability to analyse, understand, and translate demand into deliverables
- Exceptional communications skills across global business, technical, and leadership teams
- A broad general knowledge and understanding of Infrastructure & Networking systems
- Experience of providing input into and implementing roadmaps
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
