You’ll be working in the global team – Client Onboarding Business Management which consists of senior individuals across the globe managing client onboarding for Global Market, IB for their specific product line against business priorities. You will face of to the business and clients to understand the ask and clients’ goals. You will act in project management role across value chain to ensure smooth execution as per clients’ goal and unblock any client dependencies- increase throughput and reduce turnaround times.
Your team will be part of wider IB Onboarding organization focusing on bringing together unique skillset to drive powerful capabilities for our clients.
o Experienced leader who consistently demonstrates ability to work across the organization to achieve objectives. Ideally 10+ years of experience of working in the Prime onboarding space in a management capacity.
o Excellent Prime Brokerage and Derivative Clearing product and process knowledge is strongly preferred.
o Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client deliverables while balancing internal and external stakeholder demand.
o Proven record of developing client relationships i.e. understanding and anticipating clients’ needs, working with clients through operational challenges, and serving as the voice of the client for product development.
o Broad understanding of technology and vendors used in the space to maximize straight through processing.
o Excellent presentation, analytical and communication skillset.
o Strong client management experience and proven client service competencies.
o Ability to identify, promote and maximize the client’s overall relationship with the firm, including cross- selling.
o A passion for delivering results for clients and working in a team setting.

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 140000 - max USD 180000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
