Position Objective:To administer, execute, review, and document Human Resources processes for personnel, ensuring compliance with applicable labor legislation, internal policies, operational guidelines, and requirements for internal, client, and labor authority audits.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.Experience managing multi-site personnel.Technical Knowledge:Knowledge of Federal Labor Law.Personnel administration and pre-payroll processes.Social Security and housing fund processes.Document control and labor audit preparation.Basic HR KPI reporting.Skills and Competencies: Organization and attention to detail.Effective communication.Follow-up and control.Basic labor conflict management.Ability to work under pressure.Compliance-oriented mindset.Discretion and confidentiality.Labor Relations:
- Apply Federal Labor Law, internal regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare, document, and follow up on disciplinary actions and administrative records.
- Address and document labor conflicts involving outsourced personnel.
- Execute and document termination, resignation, and dismissal processes.
- Attend labor authority inspections and provide verifiable documentation.
Personnel Administration:- Review and validate that payroll-related incidents (attendance, absences, overtime, vacations, medical leaves, among others) are properly entered into the system by managers or operational leaders.
- Execute and document employee hires, terminations, and changes with social security authorities and internal systems.
- Prepare, renew, and control employment contracts in accordance with applicable labor laws.
- Ensure full documental traceability of Human Resources processes.
Recruitment and Selection:
- Execute recruitment and selection processes according to approved profiles.
- Document interviews, evaluations, and hiring decisions.
- Compile complete and auditable hiring files.
- Ensure compliance with hiring and administrative onboarding processes.
Training and Induction:
- Coordinate and document institutional and administrative onboarding.
- Maintain training records, attendance lists, and certificates.
- Follow up on basic internal training plans.
HR Indicators and Reporting:
- Track and update key Human Resources indicators (turnover, absenteeism, vacancy coverage, payroll incidents, among others).
- Prepare periodic KPI reports for management review and audit purposes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Internal Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal operational areas responsible for service delivery.
- Follow up on internally defined personnel requirements.
- Maintain documented communication with supervisors and operational managers.
- Provide HR administrative support to operations.
Additional Projects:
- Participate in special HR projects as assigned.
- Support continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives.
