Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of French School for the academic year 2026-2027 at Madinaty Integrated Language School. The successful candidate will lead and manage the strategic direction, operations, and academic excellence of the French School, ensuring a high-quality bilingual education that fosters both linguistic proficiency and cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the French School, aligning with the broader goals of Egypt Education Platform.
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation to ensure compliance with French educational standards and promote excellence in teaching and learning.
- Manage and support teaching staff through recruitment, professional development, and performance evaluation.
- Foster an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment that nurtures student success and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and transparent communication.
- Manage the school’s budget, resources, and facilities efficiently to support educational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold safeguarding standards for all students and staff.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, French Language, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience within a French or bilingual school setting, preferably as a head of school or department.
- Deep understanding of French curriculum standards and educational best practices.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive continuous improvement.
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive educational environment that supports all learners.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
