As an Onboarding Officer for Video KYC (VKYC) under Kotak 811 Digital Banking, you will be responsible for completing full KYC verification for customers via secure video calls. Conduct secure video calls with customers to complete full KYC verification.
Verify customer-submitted details and ensure documents match the application.
Confirm VKYC is completed by the correct individual (Right Party Verification).
Maintain a courteous and professional relationship with customers during the KYC process.
Cross-sell relevant banking products and services during interactions.
Provide complete and accurate information about products pitched to customers.
Follow up with customers who are unavailable during initial contact and ensure timely callbacks.
Meet defined targets for VKYC conversions and cross-selling.
