Responsibilities Engage in product planning activities, including business requirement clarification, product requirement definition, data analysis, use-case research, and workflow specification. Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to align development schedules, experimental tests, and feature delivery. Conduct data-driven user research and usability testing and communicating with upstream/downstream teams to collect business intelligence, information, and feedback to support recommendation for the Customer Service Platform. Define product roadmap for seller finance and settlement-related service workflow. Prepare product documentation, including PRDs, data field mapping, functional logic definition, and acceptance criteria. Monitor product performance metrics to support ongoing evaluation of platform tools. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and integration to enhance product capabilities and business value.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $143640 - $235600 annually.
