Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes building and testing these solutions to ensure they meet required standards. Additionally, the engineer deploys infrastructure and platform environments, often creating proof of architecture models to evaluate the feasibility, security, and performance of the proposed designs. This position requires a hands-on approach to developing robust cloud solutions that support organizational needs and enhance operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active
participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of cloud applications.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document architecture designs and deployment processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding cloud platform concepts.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Talend ETL.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with MySQL.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure components and deployment methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions.
- Experience in testing and validating architecture for performance and security compliance.
- Familiarity with integration of cloud and on-premises systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Talend ETL.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
