The Digital Office supports Nokia employees worldwide by delivering a modern, secure, and reliable digital workplace. A key part of this work is ensuring that IT changes and new tools are clearly communicated, easy to understand, and well adopted by users.
We are looking for a junior UX Communications specialist who enjoys turning complex IT topics into clear, practical, and user-friendly messages for a global audience. You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create content that helps employees understand what’s changing, why it matters, and what they need to do.
This is a 1-year fixed-term contract role within the UX Center – Communications area (User Service Development), supporting large-scale internal IT and Digital Workplace initiatives.
This role focuses on creating and improving communication that supports awareness, understanding, and adoption of IT changes across Nokia.
