Introduction
Trip. Best and Trip.Live,sub-brands underTrip.com Group,are looking for overseas social media content operations contractors with local language proficiency and cultural backgrounds to join our brand matrix operations team. We are seeking candidates who deeply understand local user mindsets, can drive social media account growth, and support the localized execution of live-streaming content.
In this Role, you’ll get to- Manage daily content planning, publishing, and maintenance for assigned brand matrix accounts (Instagram / TikTok / Facebook / YouTube / LINE / Xiaohongshu, etc.)
- Independently create localized copy (titles, captions, hashtags, etc.) aligned with brand tone and local user preferences
- Develop and execute monthly/quarterly content calendars to ensure consistent posting frequency and content quality
- Continuously track account performance metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, views, etc.), produce operational analysis reports, and provide optimization recommendations
- Participate in the planning and scriptwriting of short-form videos and live-streaming clips; on-camera appearance or voiceover as needed
- Coordinate local filming resources to handle material shooting, editing, and basic post-production
- Repurpose and localize content for different platform formats (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
- Assist in executing paid social media promotion plans (boosting, KOL collaborations, hashtag challenges,etc.)
- Identify, initiate outreach to, and manage follow-up with local KOLs/KOCs
- Monitor distribution performance data and work with the HQ team to optimize promotion strategies
- Regularly collect and organize local user feedback on travel content, live-streaming formats, and platform preferences
- Support the on-the-ground execution of brand offline promotional events, pop-up activations, and live-streaming events in local markets
- Coordinate with local vendors, venues, and relevant resources to ensure smooth event delivery
- Responsible for on-site content capture and real-time social media coverage during events
What you'll Need to Succeed- Fluent in Thai/ Indonesian (reading, writing, and speaking); working proficiency in English
- In-depth understanding of Hong Kong/Macau local culture, travel consumption habits, and social media landscape
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media content operations, brand operations, or a related field
- Experience in content operations for travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Proficiency in short-video shooting and editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- Experience in KOL collaboration or content distribution execution
