Role Summary We are seeking a motivated Project Management Intern to join our Real Estate & Facilities (REF) team. You will work closely with Project Managers to support the lifecycle of office development projects across the America Region. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse internal departments and external partners, gaining hands-on experience in large-scale corporate real estate operations.

Responsibilities - Support the Project Management team in design analysis and technical review processes to ensure project requirements align with company standards. - Assist in tracking project schedules and monitoring budgets to ensure timely delivery and financial accountability. - Coordinate the end-to-end payment process, including reviewing invoices, tracking change orders, and reconciling costs with internal finance systems. - Act as a liaison between REF and various internal stakeholders (CS, IT, Security, Procurement, Legal, Finance etc.) and external partners (Architects, General Contractors) to drive project alignment and resolve potential bottlenecks. - Maintain project dashboards and logs to provide real-time updates on project status, risks, and contingencies.
