Facility Manager
A highly organised and experienced Facility Manager is required to oversee the operations and maintenance of facilities at the Mannar Wind Project. The role is responsible for ensuring that all site infrastructure, utilities, and support services function efficiently to support uninterrupted wind power generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day facility operations, including buildings, utilities, and site services.
• Oversee maintenance of infrastructure such as offices, control rooms, warehouses, and staff accommodations.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise contractors, service providers, and facility staff.
• Manage facility budgets, procurement, and inventory of supplies.
• Support emergency response planning and incident management.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.
• Coordinate logistics and support services for site personnel.
Candidate Profile:
• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in facility management, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, utilities, and safety standards.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in remote site conditions and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems.
