Key Accountabilities
- Display strong critical thinking skills to identify trends, anomalies and patterns
- Develop insightful dashboards, reports, analyses, and presentations for management, clearly communicating key findings and recommendations
- Serve as business champion for AI, and how we better use it to surface key insights and actions
- Interface directly with stakeholders to deeply understand their business needs, build strong relationships and influence decision making
- Facilitates analytics stakeholder meetings to drive consensus and resolve conflicts; exhibit willingness to have difficult conversations to drive the best outcome for the business
- Skilled at building, managing and optimizing a team in a dynamic organizational environment
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts & managers, fostering growth in technical and strategic capabilities while ensuring high-quality output.
- Lead and develop high performing engaged teams/individuals that excel within a global and inclusive environment.
- Act as an advisor to leadership and staff within your organization to help meet overall performance management and talent objectives. Coach and develop team members; hire, fire, assess, discipline, document performance, recommend salary and classification changes.
Education:
Bachelor's in a relevant field of work in business, economics, mathematics, an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Experience:
8+ years progressive work experience including managing teams
Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with using data visualization tools (Tableau)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and data manipulation techniques is a plus
- Proficiency with existing popular AI Tools is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking abilities
- 5+ years experience leading a technical team
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear, compelling storytelling and data-driven recommendations.
Travel - 10% limited as needed
Location – Atlanta, GA: Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $139,000 to $160,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
