As one of Sendify’s first German-speaking SDRs, you’ll be the one creating momentum.
Your mission is to find, contact, and qualify new business opportunities, and fill the pipeline with high-quality leads for our Sales Executives.
This is a high-energy, high-output role. You’ll be expected to maintain a very high level of daily activity, primarily through cold calling and outbound prospecting.

Prospect and identify new B2B customers in the German market.
Make a high volume of cold calls every day, and turn conversations into booked meetings.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure strong pipeline quality.
Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to optimize handovers and conversion rates.
Continuously track your activity and results in our CRM (HubSpot).
Work towards ambitious weekly and monthly KPIs – and celebrate your wins with the team! 🎯

Have no problem picking up the phone again (and again!) – cold calling doesn’t scare you, it fuels you.
Are structured, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple leads simultaneously.
Speak German (native or fluent) and English fluently.
Are based in Gothenburg, Sweden, or are open to relocating.
Have experience in B2B outbound sales or SDR work.
Have used HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
Have worked in SaaS, tech, or logistics.
Speak Swedish.
