Lead, build up and handle the Financial Planning and Analysis function. Ensure the financial reporting (internal and external) to relevant stakeholders is done accurately and timely. Drive continuous process improvements to meet goals and objectives effectively and efficiently. Additionally, support the Reporting Manager on ad-hoc assignments.
You will be responsible for…
Reporting to Finance Lead, Philippines and higher offices on the monthly key reports, highlights, and insights of company’s financial results that will be used for external and management report compliance.
Supporting the Reporting Manager to ensure smooth handling of group tasks, objectives, and goals.
Managing and overseeing the daily activities of Finance and Accounting RTR team that are related to FP&A function to ensure completeness, accuracy, and reliability of the financial reports.
Support in establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principle in accordance, and to comply with the local and international framework/standards.
Ensuring that accounting system and processes are maintained in efficient and effective ways to help establish quick and reliable reporting.
Supporting Reporting Manager with special projects, workflow process improvements and strategic planning to review and expedite the clearing of all finance related matters.
Collaborating with higher offices for any accounting-related queries for timely report submission and compliance.
Working with external auditors on relevant requests related to forecasts and budget reporting that are connected to year-end timely submission of Financial Statements (FS) both in local and higher offices.
Leading and presiding with relevant meetings with internal and external parties to communicate all relevant matters that involve finance and relevant impacts.
Assisting other countries and higher offices to some other tasks that require support for attaining group objectives and goals as part of ad hoc task.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
Registered Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Must have at least four (4) total years of experience in external auditing and private company.
Must have at least two (2) years audit experience (external).
Must have at least two (2) years managerial experience or with equivalent background in people’s handling and strategy.
Must have good knowledge and experience in using at least two (2) accounting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Knowledge in Oracle ERP is an advantage.
Strong and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
