Production In charge / Asst .Manager

• Responsible to manage operations and personnel for efficient functioning of production department ( HVAC Ducts , Dampers, Sound attenuators , Louvres etc.)
• Responsible to ensure adequate materials, equipment and personnel are available to meet production targets 
• Responsible for manpower planning and control. 
• Responsible for production planning and scheduling 
• Responsible for production tracking. 
• Responsible for updating weekly stock status 
• Responsible for recommending procedures for machinery maintenance or modification, including replacement of machines. 
• Responsible for detecting and solving production problems. 
• Responsible for site inspections for fire rated ducting installations. 
• Responsible for coordinating with sales team and clients regarding product specifications and deliveries. 
• Communicating and coordinating with customers 
• Plan and implement production schedules 
• Coordinate with store department for updation of stock. 
• Manpower planning and scheduling of shifts. 
• To maintain installation report of Fire rated ducting 
• Check preventive maintenance schedule and ensure it is done. 
• To handle machinery breakdown. 
• Prepare backup plans in case of emergencies. 
• Monitoring of daily maintenance activities
• Knowledge on Lean / Six sigma and process improvement 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 

• Experience of 5-9 years
