Road Maintenance Workers

We are looking to appoint Road Maintenance Workers to deliver routine maintenance activities of roads, bridges, tunnels, and other associated infrastructure on the Citylink network and Westgate Tunnel based in Footscray. In this role, you will assist with a variety of duties including, but not limited to landscaping, graffiti removal, mowing and general labouring. This position is essential for maintaining the safety of the Citylink network and minimising disruptions for motorists.

What you'll bring

• Ideally you will have exposure across roadside maintenance works or landscaping
• Have a current Drivers or Truck licence, Construction White Card & Traffic Control Ticket (preferred)
• Strong safety focus - actively participate in and support Downer Zero Harm initiatives and strategies
• A can-do attitude and strong 'team player' with the proven ability to work efficiently with a team

• This is a day shift role with typical hours between 7am - 4pm however there is a requirement for occasional night shifts for Tunnel shutdowns
