We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Health & Education team at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital. Help play a key role in leading the successful delivery of complex programs that support critical health and education infrastructure and services. Reporting to the Program Manager, you'll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring scope, cost, schedule and quality outcomes are achieved.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
Proactively manage risks, issues and opportunities to support safe, compliant and reliable delivery.
Provide clear reporting, governance and insights to support informed decision‑making.
Contribute to continuous improvement and best‑practice project management across the H&E portfolio.
What You’ll Bring
Demonstrated experience delivering projects within complex, operational or regulated environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and solutions‑focused approach.
Sound commercial acumen and the ability to manage budgets, schedules and reporting obligations.
Well‑developed organisational skills, with the confidence to prioritise and adapt in dynamic settings.
