Responsibilities:
Leads strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives to advance Office of Engagement and Enrichment (OEE) and University priorities by identifying and creating educational opportunities. Develops and oversees cohesive curricular frameworks and innovative multimedia content that translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences. Oversees the implementation of programming and facilitation of learning opportunities through OEE’s team of Learning Specialists. As a senior consultant, this role advises subject-matter experts throughout the University on best practices for curricular development and facilitation related to engagement and enrichment material.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
LEADERSHIP AND STRATEGIC PLANNING
In collaboration with OEE Senior Leadership, identifies strategic communication and educational opportunities and priorities.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTATION
Champions engagement and enrichment learning and its importance in creating an affirming and respectful clinical, educational, research, living, and work environment, as outlined in the university Strategic Plan.
CONTENT MANAGEMENT AND CREATION
Develops, implements, and oversees processes for all information and learning design initiatives.
CURRICULAR DESIGN AND EDUCATIONAL IMPLEMENTATION
