Senior Advisory Accountant – IFRS & IPSAS focus

With a part-time commitment of 30+ hours, this opportunity gives you the flexibility to shape your work around what matters most. Want more variety or challenge? There’s also scope to step into full-time hours through a variety of project work.

You’ll take ownership of your portfolio, preparing financial accounts in line with IFRS and IPSAS standards while building strong, trusted client relationships.

You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be part of a close-knit, passionate team, and working closely with our directors, the technical support is there if you need it - giving you the confidence to grow, take ownership, and truly make the role your own.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• The ability to take ownership of your work while building trusted client relationships

• Up-to-date experience working with IFRS and/or IPSAS reporting frameworks

• Curiosity and a passion for technical standards and digging into the detail

• Experience with financial reporting in a commercial finance team, either in New Zealand or overseas

• Pride in producing high-quality work, with an efficient and professional approach

• Ability to manage your own time and workload requirements

• A genuine commitment to delivering the best for your clients
