Zur Unterstützung unseres Sales- und Customer-Service-Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Customer Service Representative Mass Market DACH (m/w/d).
DEINE AUFGABEN
· Operative Koordination und Steuerung von Kampagnen über den gesamten Order-to-Cash-Prozess
· Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, Retouren und Gutschriften in SAP
· Monitoring und Nachverfolgung von Kampagnenaufträgen hinsichtlich Lieferterminen, Mengen und Service Levels
· Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu Produkten, Lieferungen, Reklamationen und Kampagnen
· Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistik, Finance und externen Dienstleistern
· Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Belastungsanzeigen sowie Klärung von Debitorenkonten
· Pflege und Überwachung von Kundenstamm-, Preis- und EDI-Daten
· Unterstützung der Key Account Manager und Außendienstmitarbeitenden im Tagesgeschäft
· Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen
DEIN PROFIL
· Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
· Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Customer Service, Vertriebsinnendienst, Sales Operations oder Order Management
· Sehr gutes Verständnis der Order-to-Cash-Prozesse
· Erfahrung in der operativen Koordination von Verkaufsaktionen, Kampagnen oder Promotionen
· Erfahrung mit EDI-Schnittstellen und automatisierten Bestellprozessen von Vorteil
· Grundlegendes Verständnis für Supply-Chain-, Logistik- und Abrechnungsprozesse
· Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
· Gute SAP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
· Strukturierte, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
· Hohe Serviceorientierung und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
