About the Role
This role supports the assigned Sales Managers with accuracy and efficiency across order creation and management, pricing and policy validation, inventory and delivery tracking, as well as sales data consolidation and analysis, ensuring smooth execution of the sales operation process. Through rigorous daily execution and continuous sales operations support, this position enables the sales team to focus on business development and customer growth, helping the company convert business opportunities into stable and sustainable revenue growth.
What You Will Do
- Enter sales orders into the order management system, track customer orders, and handle order-related requests in a timely manner;
- Validate key information such as customer list prices, discount structures, promotional pricing, and free-of-charge items based on inputs from the sales team;
- Accurately calculate sales revenue, sales expenses, and inventory data, and prepare basic reports to support sales decision-making;
- Support Sales Managers in daily business coordination with assigned distributors;
- Assist Sales Managers with other routine operational and administrative tasks;
- Complete other assignments and tasks as required by management.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Familiarity with SAP systems, with hands-on experience in sales order processing;
- Associate degree or above, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience;
- Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, attention to detail, strong execution capability, and a team-oriented mindset;
- Proactive, well-organized, and able to communicate effectively across functions;
- Ability to adapt to the pace of sales operations and handle periodic work pressure;
- Proficient in Excel, with basic data consolidation and analysis skills;
- Experience with CRM / Salesforce or Copilot tools is a plus.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Strong skills in Excel for sales reporting and data analysis.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and coordinate with cross functional teams.
