Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory work involving human clinical samples as well as other duties as assigned
• This post provides a good opportunity for professional growth through close collaboration with the Research Lead, as well as excellent practical experience in the field of medicine

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in the field of Science, Biomedical Science or Biology
• A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
• Previous laboratory research experience, especially in the field of viral hepatitis infection and immunobiology will be highly preferable

What We Offer

The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 2-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered. The appointment on fixed terms will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave, medical benefits and free access to on-campus gyms and libraries.
