Role: Child & Family Practitioner
Location: Perth, WA
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
In this role, you will support children, young people and foster carers across the broader Perth Region. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of Case or Individual Plans for children and young people in out care whilst also providing support to our foster carers int he way of ongoing mentoring and supervision, using the Life Without Barriers CARE Model.
Your role will be instrumental in supporting carers to provide safe and nurturing environments that promote the physical and emotional safety of children and young people. In person support for clients and carers in your caseload is a requirement of this position, so the successful applicant must be willing to complete regular travel within the region from Yanchep to Mandurah as required.
