Status: Full-Time, Exempt, Year-Round
Salary Range: $90,000–$100,000 per year

Position Overview
Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a visionary Executive Director to lead and grow our Mid-Atlantic Territory (which includes Pennsylvania and New Jersey).
This role oversees Regional Directors and their teams, ensuring high-quality, compliant operations while driving aggressive regional growth. The Executive Director will serve as the strategic builder, responsible for multi-state market expansion, leadership development, operational excellence, and sustainable revenue growth.
Compensation growth and long-term advancement opportunities are directly tied to measurable expansion results, financial performance, and team development.
