ESG strategy & implementation: Formulate and implement Corporate Segment’s ESG strategy in alignment with the Bank’s ESG development direction.
Green and sustainable finance solutions: (i) Tailor comprehensive green and sustainable finance solutions, and (ii) design and promote new ESG-related products based on client requirements.
ESG advisory & research: Provide strategic recommendations to frontline on latest market trends and regulatory changes.
Project management & coordination: Act as project manager for Corporate Segment’s ESG initiatives, liaising with different internal or external parties for implementation.
Data management & reporting: Compile and analyze ESG business data to support the growth of ESG business.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Finance or related discipline is preferred.
5 years or above working experience in financial / business sectors, with focus in business planning or consultancy or strategy related field.
Previous experience in corporate banking frontline or ESG-related roles within the financial sector would be a significant advantage.
Strong understanding of ESG-related policies, principles and market trends.
A change agent and excellent team player.
Excellent analytic, organizing and interpersonal skills.
Be familiar with both Hong Kong and Mainland China working practice and culture.
Excellent Chinese writing skills, good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Deputy Business Strategy Manager.
