About the Job:
FGC+ is looking for motivated and tech-savvy Information Technology Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. The IT Intern will support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, systems, and technical operations while learning industry best practices in IT support and administration.
This internship is ideal for students who are passionate about technology, troubleshooting, systems support, and continuous learning.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in providing technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related concerns
- Help install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Support user account creation, password resets, and access management
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining company systems, devices, and IT inventory
- Help document IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical reports
- Coordinate with team members regarding IT tickets and technical concerns
- Perform basic system testing, software updates, and routine maintenance tasks
- Support the implementation of IT projects and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards
- Perform other administrative and technical tasks assigned by the IT team
What You'll Bring:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Must be eligible for internship/OJT required by the school
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
