Senior / Property Executive (Shaw Tower)

About the Role:

Together with the team, the Property Executive will play a vital role in setting up and managing the operational needs of our new commercial building, Shaw Tower.

• Manage tenant engagement, onboarding and requests handling.
• Coordinate daily operations with hard and soft services vendors, schedule rectification works and ensure adherence to building operational standards.
• Tracks budget utilisation and ensure timely processing of procurement activities.
• Maintains operational dashboards and vendors SLA performance reports.
• Administer term contracts, including tracking expiries and ensure timely renewals.
• Administer all building licenses, permits and certificates and ensure timely renewals.

About you:
This position requires a detailed-oriented professional with a solid background in operations, capable of assisting with procurement process, helping to develop and implement operational systems and procedures, and addressing ground operational matters to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the new project.

• Minimum 2 - 3 years experiences in relevant industry
• IT savvy and proficient in MS Office Applications
• Knowledge on ACMV/ FSSD code and Green Mark will be an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, with a collaborative mindset to engage with stakeholders from all levels
• Strong characteristics with positive attitude and initiative
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Willingness to work beyond office hours;
