Due to an internal promotion we have an opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment team by delivering a people-first experience that’s organised, professional, and engaging for every candidate. From sourcing talent to coordinating interviews and managing pre-employment checks, you'll be hands on and at the heart of the candidate journey.
The portfolio you’ll be supporting is fast-paced and centred around our frontline operational and clinical teams, requiring ongoing engagement and relationship management across a diverse workforce. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people. If picking up the phone, having a good kōrero, and helping guide people through their recruitment journey sounds like your kind of day, you might be just who we’re after.
