We are looking for a IoT Solutions Engineer to strengthen our ambitious technical support team in Vilnius, Lithuania to help us grow our global presence in the electric vehicle (EV) sector.
Teltonika’s EV charging business unit develops smart and customisable electric vehicle charging solutions, enabling more efficient and sustainable driving. As charging needs evolve, Teltonika will continue providing the infrastructure and expertise needed for successful electric mobility adoption.

In this role you will:
- Provide guidance to customers, partners, and internal team members on how to implement our products within their solutions, and help solve related technical challenges.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to the EV charging process, connectivity, configuration, firmware, hardware behavior, charging sessions, and system integration.
- Escalate complex technical issues to R&D teams with clear descriptions, collected data, reproduction steps, and impact information.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, training material, FAQs, and internal knowledge base articles.
What we expect of you:
- Higher or equivalent technical / engineering education would be considered an advantage, but we also welcome candidates who are passionate about technology and can demonstrate strong self-driven learning or personal technical projects.
- Proficiency in English (advanced user level), knowledge of other languages would be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of issues, and cooperate with a team.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems systematically and explain findings clearly.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to work directly with customers and engineering teams.
- Understanding of electrical systems, energy products, smart home systems, or networking would be considered a strong advantage.

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 14 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~2240 Eur— 2980Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
