Veolia ANZ is looking for an experienced Strategic Sales Manager to join our Western Australia team, based in Welshpool. Reporting directly to the State Sales Manager, this is a newly created leadership role designed to drive performance and consistency across our Major Account Management function in the Perth Metropolitan market.
You'll take direct ownership of a team of Major Account Managers, providing the coaching, structure, and strategic direction needed to retain and grow a portfolio of high-value clients.

A collaborative team culture with the support of an experienced State Sales Manager
Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Major Account Managers
Supporting the team through tender submissions, complex sales opportunities, and major account relationship management
Analysing account performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes
Ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and account management standards
Managing a small number of your own key client relationships
Proven experience coaching and mentoring a sales or account management team
Strong background in major account management and/or strategic sales
Solutions-focused with the ability to analyse accounts and make commercially sound recommendations
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous
