Are you a hospitality superstar who thrives in a high-energy environment? Parkwood Tavern is looking for casual Food and Beverage Attendants to join our front-of-house team! We need reliable, outgoing individuals (18+) who can handle a fast-paced pub floor with a smile.

You must hold a current RSA and demonstrate strong communication skills. Success in this role requires a "can-do" attitude and full flexibility to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays. A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.

• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.

• Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.

• From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.

• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.

• You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.

• You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.

• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
