BINGO is looking for a B&D (Building & Demolition) Major Accounts Sales Representative to join our high-performing skips sales team, reporting directly to the GM B&D Sales. This is a senior, strategic role focused on managing and expanding relationships across Tier 1 builders and major infrastructure/civil contractors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of major accounts for B&D Skip Bin Sales across Tier 1 construction, infrastructure and civil sectors
- Leverage existing industry contacts to secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Lead and execute tender processes, including pricing, negotiation and contract close
- Drive revenue growth through selling of BINGO services and solutions
- Develop tailored commercial solutions aligned with customer needs and project requirements
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, and commercial support teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify new opportunities within the sector
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity within the CRM system
- Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior leadership
- Ensure all activities are delivered in line with BINGO’s policies, procedures and safety standards
What Makes You a GOgetter
- 10+ years’ experience in sales
- Proven experience managing major accounts within the construction industry, particularly Tier 1 builders and/or large civil contractors
- Established relationships within key construction networks is essential
- Demonstrated ability to price, negotiate and win large-scale tenders
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments
- A strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive outcomes at a senior level
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Previous experience within waste management or related industries (highly regarded)
- Valid driver’s licence
