Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role executes FOS's creative vision (Urban mecha style), leading seasonal design from concept to market. It translates consumer and lifestyle insights into actionable concepts, drives category direction, and works across creation functions to deliver commercially balanced ranges that win locally. Additionally, it coaches junior talent, supports category strategy, leads cross-functional execution, and partners with Product and Product Development to ensure design aligns with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Range Strategy & Direction
- Proactively manage range direction and sharpen creation focus within the lifestyle area to develop market-winning products.
- Propose clear range strategy and execution plans; serve as the range expert for key cross-functional teams and markets.
Product Creation Process & Speed to Market
- Demonstrate full understanding of the product creation process while managing all tasks within given timelines, with special emphasis on speed to market.
- Work within cross-functional teams and with interlinked departments to enable an efficient product creation process and achieve optimal product outcomes.
Business Analysis & Actionable Insights
- Actively analyze business performance, draw conclusions, and propose actionable next steps.
- Maintain strong knowledge of product information systems and interlinking functions to ensure smooth and accurate product data updates.
Communication, Presentation & CtC Alignment
- Prepare and present ranges and business-related topics using relevant structure and content tailored to the respective audience.
- Actively provide input to set the Concept-to-Consumer (CtC) direction and implement it into relevant ranges in partnership with CtC counterparts.
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Work independently on projects, follow through on development, and demonstrate proactiveness, flexibility, and solution-driven mindset to ensure project delivery.

Requirements
- Strong lifestyle industry knowledge and local market landscape understanding to drive winning strategies; deep product, consumer, and retail expertise for the GCA market.
- Passion for lifestyle, fashion, and sport.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; works independently and in teams; analytical, solution-driven, and results-oriented; able to prioritize in fast-paced environments; travel required.
- Education: College degree in Marketing, Business, or Fashion.
- Experience: 7+ years in Product Marketing (Apparel) with lifestyle/fashion brands; large-scale business preferred.
- Fluent in English; proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
