Your Role:

AI applications and performance board development

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on two key initiatives that enhance our manufacturing processes. You will focus on developing AI-driven solutions to optimize operations and improve efficiency, as well as contributing to the development of a performance management board application aimed at streamlining performance management across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Applications Development:

• Design and develop AI applications, including intelligent agents and Gen AI chatbots, tailored for manufacturing processes.
• Analyze production data to identify patterns and insights that inform AI model development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing manufacturing systems.
• Optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability in a production environment.

Performance Management Board Development:

• Collaborate in the design and implementation of a performance management board application to streamline performance tracking and reporting.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the application meets the needs of the organization.
• Analyze performance data to provide insights that drive improvements in team productivity and efficiency.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

 

Your profil:

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or a similar field willingness to learn about the healthcare industry
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience in AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis techniques, including statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
• Software development experience (e.g., web/backend frameworks, APIs, CI/CD, containerization) is a plus.
• Experience with AI application development and deployment in a manufacturing context is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Good communication skills and ability to present technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
