We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations while working in a remote environment.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Help coordinate virtual interviews and HR meetings
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications
Prepare basic HR reports and documentation
Conduct initial candidate screenings (if required)
Support HR team in policy and process documentation
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Interest in HR, recruitment, or people management
Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment or job portals
Basic understanding of HR tools (ATS systems)
Prior internship or project experience in HR
