BD / Community manager深圳社招全职职位描述Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Program Development: Build a comprehensive strategy to support channel marketing and community events from scratch for the motorcycling and powersports vertical. Identify key market opportunities, rider gatherings, trade shows, and partner networks to maximize Insta360's physical presence.
2. Distributor & Retailer Engagement: Work hand-in-hand with our sales team to equip and motivate our distributor and retail network. Develop co-marketing toolkits, training programs, and incentive initiatives to drive local brand advocacy.
3. Community Event Execution: Plan, budget, and manage a calendar of high-impact community events. This ranges from sponsoring and activating at major rallies and races to creating unique owned experiences like demo days, group rides, and creative workshops tailored to riders.
4. Community Growth & Scale: Develop and own programs designed to systematically grow our active rider community such as: KOC/Advocate Program, UGC Campaigns, Referral and Loyalty Systems.
5. Localized Partnership & KOC Cultivation: Identify and forge partnerships with motorcycle clubs, riding schools, touring organizations. Move beyond one-off sponsorships to build lasting programs that embed Insta360 into the culture.
6. Content & Story Amplification: Ensure every event generates compelling, authentic content. Collaborate with creators and community members to capture the action using our products, fostering user-generated content (UGC) and providing assets for global social channels.
7. Measurement & Optimization: Establish clear KPIs for community growth, brand engagement, and sales impact. Analyze performance data to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.职位要求What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
1. Proven Experience: 2+ years in channel marketing, field marketing, or community events management, preferably within the outdoor/action sports, or consumer electronics industries. Experience building programs from zero to one is essential.
2. Industry Knowledge: A genuine passion for and understanding of motorcycle and powersports culture in North America. Existing network within these communities is a significant advantage.
3. Project Management: Good organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects, and budgets simultaneously, delivering events on time and to a high standard.
4. Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, especially sales, and to influence external partners like distributors and retailers.
5. Creative & Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter who thrives on creating new opportunities, solving problems creatively, and building programs in uncharted territory.
6. Willingness to Travel: This role might require travel across the US and Canada to be where the community is.投递
