Senior Interior Designer乐道-造型设计上海社招全职设计本科及以上5-7 年职位描述1. According to the company's brand and product planning, develop interior design proposals ranging from general design themes all the way to component-level design.
2. Create compelling sketches that show a vision for the future of brand's product and image.
3. Guide a design from 2D sketch to 3D digital modelling, and through to A-class surfacing.
4. Collaborate with the physical model team to complete prototypes.
5. Collaborate with CMF team to create a unified vision for the designs.
6. Work with engineers to come up with design and engineering solutions that protects the design vision and also fit with the engineering constraints.
7. Participate in cross-functional strategy, timing, and process discussion.
8. Work with suppliers to achieve the best possible product in terms of craftsmanship, cost, and engineering, while protecting the design vision as much as possible. 职位要求Major: automotive design, industrial design and other related fields.
Skills requirements:
1. highly creative with good 3D understanding and top sketches/photoshop skills. To be able to work very well with Autodesk Alias, VRED, Blender, Power Point - to build and generate outstanding animations to visualize and present digitally new design themes, and/or other 3D modelling and animation software.
2. Very good experience with various AI image generator tools to support a faster design workflow and output in the process of development.
3. Strong creative skills, understanding of current and future trends in automotive and industrial design, insight into customer wishes and requirements, good communication skills, strong team spirit, and the will to achieve goals.
